2. Who can use Gymifo

Gymifo is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16 without valid legal consent where required by law.

3.3 Activity and health platform data

With your permission, Gymifo may read and/or write certain data from:

• Apple HealthKit
• Android Health Connect

This may include:

• Steps
• Workout sessions
• Active calories burned
• Distance
• Floors climbed
• Weight
• Active minutes

3.4 Camera and movement tracking data

Gymifo may use your device camera for:

• Exercise form tracking
• Rep counting
• Pose detection

Where applicable, pose detection and similar motion analysis may run on-device.

3.5 AI Coach and chat data

If you use the AI Coach feature, we may process:

• Messages you send to the AI Coach
• Context from your profile, goals, workouts, nutrition, and app usage
• Chat history and conversation logs
• AI-generated responses

3.6 Subscription and payment data

Gymifo offers paid subscriptions and free trials.

Payments are processed by:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play

We do not collect or store your full payment card details.

We may receive subscription-related information such as:

• Subscription status
• Product / plan type
• Trial status
• Purchase or renewal events
• App user ID linked to your subscription

Subscription infrastructure may also involve RevenueCat.

3.7 Notification data

If you enable notifications, we may collect:

• Delivery and engagement information related to notifications

7. AI Coach and automated features

Gymifo includes AI-powered coaching and recommendation features.

These features may use:

• your profile information,
• workout history,
• meal or nutrition information,
• and messages you submit.

AI-generated content may sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your personal situation. You should use your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified health, fitness, nutrition, or medical professional.

Gymifo and its AI Coach do not provide medical advice.

We may use third-party service providers and platforms, including but not limited to:

• Google Firebase Authentication
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple
• Firebase AI Logic / Gemini
• Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Firebase Crashlytics

These third parties may process personal data on our behalf or as independent controllers/service providers depending on the feature involved.
