          service. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any
          exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health
          conditions.
        

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

Exercise involves inherent risks of injury
You are responsible for exercising within your capabilities
Our recommendations are general and not personalized medical advice
You should stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort

All content, features, and functionality of Gymifo are owned by us and protected by:

7. Subscription and Payments
